Bhavin Patel
FCCA, CTA, ACA (India)
Bhavin has been in practice for 22 years and advises a varied client portfolio of owner managed businesses on accounting, taxation and commercial matters.
Bhavin qualified as a chartered accountant in India in 2004, and migrated to the UK in 2007, where he completed his ACCA qualification. Bhavin also completed his Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) degree post ACCA qualification.
Bhavin provides a complete service to his clients allowing them to maximise their income and minimise their overall tax by harmonising their corporate and personal incomes.
As a tax expert, Bhavin specialises in Individual, Owner Managed Business (OMB) and Corporate Tax. Bhavin can offer his clients the benefit of his in-depth technical expertise as he particularly enjoys answering challenging and technical questions, whilst always keeping up with the latest developments in tax legislation.
Bhavin works closely with his operation office staff to oversee the firm’s response to changes in technology and regulations whilst keeping the focus on the future.
In his spare time, Bhavin enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting the cinema, and travelling. Bhavin also likes to keep fit and either runs or works out in the gym every morning before work.
Satish Patel
Satish has been working in the VAT department since 2005. He looks after the whole VAT and bookkeeping process and is responsible for running the operation office.
Satish specialises in VAT and bookkeeping. Satish has experience in a wide range of retail businesses. He has a good understanding of interaction of VAT with other business considerations. He has also worked with businesses to ensure robust reporting and compliance within their systems and processes.
Satish is responsible for coordinating the majority of the firm’s services provided to the clients. He acts as primary contact for his clients for VAT, bookkeeping and payroll.
After graduating from Gujarat University, Satish started working with UK BPO in 2005. He started with a simple A to Z sorting and progressed to a level where he was agreeing VAT with the clients. In a nutshell, Satish knows the ground level reality and has vast experience of how the process runs in the outsourcing environment. He has an eye for the details and overlooks the VAT and bookkeeping review, client authorisation and submission process. He has hands-on experience on Xero and sage.
Prior to joining BPACL, Satish worked at AM Accounting, Desai Accounting and Doshi Accounting, all UK BPO.
In his Spare time, Satish enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing cricket and travelling. Satish believes that when he starts batting, he will make the bowler's life very difficult and you hardly see the ball in the ground once it comes out of his bat.
